Return Policy

Full merchandise refund or exchange (whichever you prefer) for returns requested by email within 7 days after you receive your online purchase provided that the items have not been worn; however, Shipping charges are not refundable.  Sale items and All custom products are final sale.

Please note that all precious and semi-precious stones have naturally occurring inclusions & marks which are unique and occur naturally. These pieces should not be considered defective solely because of such inclusions, marks or inconsistency in color – rather, they add to the distinctiveness and natural beauty of the piece.

To request a return is very simple:

  • Email us at lorikaplanjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days after you received your online order and tell us if you want a refund or an exchange for another item. 
  • Ship your return by UPS or USPS in original packaging.  http://lorikaplanjewelry.com is not responsible for return items being lost or damaged in transit so remember to insure the package for its value.
  • Include copy of your original invoice. We will process your refund in the original form of payment as soon as we receive your return shipment. 
  • Sale items and custom made items are Final Sale.  I will do whatever I can to take care of a problem, should you be unhappy with your purchase.

Shipping Policy

Your choice of shipping options will show in your cart.  NOTE: Customer is responsible for insuring their package.

 Most orders are ready to be shipped within 1-2 days of ordering if not the same day. If more time is needed we will let you know in advance. 

 

Repair Policy

We will repair any item purchased.  Please email lori@lorikaplanjewelry.com provide your name, telephone, online invoice number and a brief description of the item that needs repair & what has broken. We will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note: Although there is no charge for the majority of repairs, at times due to the nature of the repair, there may be a $10 - $25 repair charge determined once the item has been inspected. If you have any questions at all feel free to email us.

This website does not collect personally identifiable information. We will not sell, share or trade any information that you supply to us with a third party.  Any information we collect such as your contact information, shipping address and credit card information is used solely to provide you with a great shopping experience and to enable us to fulfill your online order.
